One arrested on grounds of inciting communal hatred

CHURCHANDPUR: Churchandpur  Police today registered FIR No.50(5)2021 CCP-PS u/s 153-A IPC/505(1)(b)(c)(2) IPC against one Rajesh Tongbram s/o Sobha Tongbram of Zenhang Lamka on grounds of inciting communal hatred, promoting enmity between two groups of people on grounds of  religion, race, place of birth, residence, language etc and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of Harmony. The accused person has been arrested by CCP PS and further investigation is on.
